How to get CeKR?

  • At the reception office of the City of Kranj (Slovenski trg 1, Kranj)
  • At the Kranj branch of NLB (Koroška cesta 21, Kranj)
  • Sales points at other locations are also planned in the near future.

     

  • What do I need?
  • An ID card, tax number, e-mail address anda phone number
  • Upon receiving your card, you will also receive instructions for the start-upand activation process

  • For online orders, you will require a Rekono account with a high level of user identification, an identification document (ID card or passport), a computer or smart phone.
  • The process takes less than two minutes.

    In addition to ordering the card, you will not only be able to use the Rekono account for your CeKR, but also for representation in the digital world, both with service providers in the City of Kranj, as well as online elsewhere in Slovenia, on the websites of banks, public administration and other service providers ( insurance companies, electrical companies…).

     

CeKR your way

  • There are three versions: named, unnamed and anonymous
  • In addition to payment, the named/unnamed cards can also be used as identification cards for use of public services in the City of Kranj.
CeKR Kartica - Imenska
  • It enables (contactless) payment at various sales points and shops across Slovenia and abroad. It also serves as an identification card for the use of public services in the City of Kranj.
  • It is possible to top up the card multiple times, up to a maximum of 1,000 euros at a time.
  • The card enables the use of a whole range of functions as well as participation in the rewards programme.

CeKR Kartica - Neimenska
  • The only difference compared to the named card is that no name is displayed on the front of the card.
  • It enables (contactless) payment at various sales points and shops across Slovenia and abroad. It also serves as an identification card for the use of public services in the City of Kranj.
  • It is possible to top up the card multiple times, up to a maximum of 1,000 euros at a time.
  • The card enables the use of a whole range of functions as well as participation in the rewards programme.

CeKR Kartica - Anonimna
  • Mainly intended for tourists,as it only allows a one-time top-up of up to 150 euros.
  • Payment (contactless) at various sales points and shops across Slovenia and abroad.
  • Rewards system (for example: five journeys by city bus – the sixth journey is free).
  • Detailed instructions,start-up and activation

Once activated the card can be digitised, free of charge, in a mobile wallet of global providers (i.e. Google Pay, Apple Pay). This will enable even easier and faster payment with your smart phone or watch.
